Agreement Reached Between HBF and Ramsay Health Care

HBF and Ramsay Health Care have negotiated a new agreement determining the benefits the health fund will pay for HBF members treated at a Ramsay hospital.

The previous agreement between the two parties had expired at the end of June.

The new agreement comes into effect from 6 August 2009 and governs arrangements for HBF members admitted to the following hospitals:

• Hollywood Private Hospital
• Joondalup Health Campus
• Attadale Private Hospital
• Glengarry Private Hospital

HBF Managing Director, Rob Bransby and Ramsay Health Care, Managing Director Chris Rex welcomed the new agreement.
