At JHC we are committed to influencing and building a constructive workplace culture, with high performance outcomes geared for collaboration and efficiency.
JHC completed the analysis of the 2016 culture survey results and has identified key areas for improvement such as recognition, feedback and jointly set goals, and have already implemented improvement strategies across the organisation.
The Ramsay Engagement Survey results revealed our overall score of 73 per cent, which placed us in the top 25 per cent of Ramsay Hospitals. This shows staff want to continue to work at JHC, and are motivated to do their best. This is a fantastic result!
To continue growing our constructive culture, we will use the engagement survey feedback to inform our ongoing culture work.
For the third year running JHC received a grade of either ‘A’ or ‘A +’ in the AMA (WA) Doctors-in-Training Hospital Health Check. JHC exceeded the average in every area of the survey, performing particularly well in the following areas.
