STRATEGIC INTENT
in 2017 Jhc was proud to launch its strategic intent, which outlines our plans for the next five years.
Countless hours of research and consultation also took place in 2016-17 as part of the planning stages for the hospital’s Clinical Services Plan and other enabling plans that will help drive our vision, including:
Clinical Services Plan
Safety & Quality Plan
People & Culture Plan Infrastructure Plan
Community Services Plan Specialty & Departmental Plans
Currently, detailed planning work is underway to produce the Clinical Services Plan. This plan will go into more specific detail about which clinical services the campus intends to develop, in alignment with the Department of Health’s Clinical Services Framework.
