If you are concerned about your care or any of the services the hospital provides, please do not hesitate to contact the Clinical Nurse Manager of your ward.

Alternatively we have a  Consumer Liaison Service which represents the interests of patients, their families and carers in resolving matters of concern.

You can write a letter to the Consumer Liaison, outlining your complaint and mail to the address above.
