Please post or fax referrals to the clinic – we do not offer appointments prior to receiving a patient referral.  To assist us to triage referrals, please provide a detailed referral letter including the patient’s relevant medical history. 

Urgent referrals will have a waiting period of between 6 and 8 weeks.
